Ms. Lightbourne brings a robust educational background to her new role. Her journey began with an Associate’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Turks and Caicos Islands Community College. She further honed her skills with a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honours in International Hospitality Management from Oxford Brookes University.

Not stopping there, Ms. Lightbourne pursued a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing at Liverpool John Moores University. Here, she not only excelled academically but also demonstrated her leadership abilities as a student advocate. Her commitment to communication is further evidenced by specialized certifications in Digital and Data-Driven Marketing from the Institute of Data and Marketing and Principles of Public Relations from the University of Colorado Boulder.
